Electric Scooters and electric bicycles are ZERO emission vehicles.
And in addition to cleaning the air of particulate and gaseous air pollution, electric scooters and electric bicycles are whisper quiet to operate and would lesson the noise pollution. What a wonderful benefit, in our tourist rich town of Santa Monica, California, who appreciate eco tourism opportunities, clean air and outdoor activities.
