Postal Service Ebike

This is a German Postal Service Ebike (electric bicycle).

Note the special front and rear cargo racks specially designed for delivering mail and packages.

I am not sure how the two small wheels are operating while riding the bike. It seems they could get in the way. They may have a mechanism for bringing them up off the ground when the bicycle is ridden.
