Air Powered Jet Pack

This is a video clip for a TV show in Japan, in which they strapped severl carbonated drink bottles to someones back, filled them with a little water(?) and pumped them up with air using a what appears to be a bicycle tire air pump, to make a human, compressed air jet pack.
