The inventor of the rubic's cube solving robot depicted in this video is planning on making a new version using pneumatic controls, instead of servos, in thier next version of the robot.

This is a video demo of the first prototype of RuBot. This is a Rubik's cube solving robot from Dublin, Ireland. You can just about make out the webcam on the left of the video. It really works and can solve the cube usually in about 20 moves but just to make the video short, I didn't mix the cube too hard for this solve. The website is now defunct; I might put anotherone on if there is enough comments. I have just started the second prototype which will be pneumatically controlled rather than servos.
