Bicycle in Rain

This video illustrates how people in China ride thier bicycles in the rain.

They use special ponchos that are cut longer in front to allow it to drape over the front of the bicycle and basket. They have a hood to keep the hair dry. And sometimes they have clear patches sewen in to allow the bicycle, scooter, moped's lights to be seen while riding in the rain with it on.
