Using Compressed Air for pollution free power. Compressed air is a means of storing energy. Compressing the air can be achieved from various pollution free renewable sources, such as solar, geothermal, hydro-mechanical, hydro-electric, Solar-thermal, Wind energy, etc.
You may also want to see the latest in Compressed Air electric hybrid technology(see Pneumatic Hybrid Electric Vehicle or "PHEV". That is using compressed air in place of gasoline, and supplementing it with an electric drive system, like the Toyota Prius. But in this cas, "NO GAS NEEDED".
