In this video the videographer describes the kind of electric bicycle he is riding and narrates the experience of riding it on a commute in Colorado.

He is riding an ordinary bicycle with a electric hub motor kit(36v Wilderness Energy) installed(about $350 per kit).

It is a zero emission power source. It allows him to cruise at 25-30 miles per hour with little effort.
