Homebrew Lemco Electric Bicycle

Some folks in (England?) designed a modification for their standard bicycle, using a Lemco Electric motor, to turn their bicycle into a powerfull power-assist electric bicycle that can go up hills with out pedaling.

Now, where can we get these kits in Santa Monica? (smile)
