4 Wheel Segway

Is it a Segway, is it a car, Is it a motorcycle, scooter, ATOP?

A new Segway prototype that has four wheels. It looks like a hybrid of an ATOP, segway, motorcycle, than can balance on it's rear two wheels, but can also be ridden on all four wheels like a motorcycle or atv.

Add some pedals for alternative or supplementary propulsion and you got an interesting vehicle for a variety of terrains and energy sources.
