E-Rar Ebike

This is an "E-Rar" electric power assist bicycle. If anyone has more info on this bike please post in the comments or email me. I would like to know more about this bike.
This looks like a dutch home brew ebike. Using a regular bicycle with a car generator and generator belt, with som of the belt wheels from a car engine, and a spare bicycle rim attached to the raar wheel as a trogh for the belt. And appears to be run on a 12 volt car battery mounted to the side of bike.
Only info I could find on the design, appears to be in dutch writing, "Ich fahr ne Runde mim E-Rar" by MiniWar at Youtube.
